Zircotec’s renowned ceramic coating, which is applied via our plasma-spray technology, provides a thermal barrier and prevents heat loss. We offer the most effective thermal barrier on the market, reducing surface temperatures of up to 33%, and is suitable for applications of up to 1,400oC.
The Zircotec plasma spray process is a derivative of the more general plasma-spray processing techniques. Zircotec’s own in-house plasma-spray technology and our associated procedures were first developed within the UK nuclear industry when Zircotec formed part of the UK Atomic Energy Authority. These processes and procedures have been further developed and refined by Zircotec, resulting in the proprietary highly optimized plasma-spray process that we use today.
Zircotec thermal barrier coatings are applied via a plasma-spray application once your exhaust system has undergone our surface preparation process. The Zircotec coatings give an ultra-high level of thermal performance, that significantly lowers exhaust temperatures, improves engine performance and reliability, and reduces heat transfer.
It is in effect “welded” to the substrate using our proprietary metal bond system; eliminating the need for exhaust wrap; protecting against corrosion, and so continuing to perform whilst looking great.

Yes! We ship to most countries via DHL. For a shipping quote add the items to your basket, update your address and it will calculate the shipping price. If you feel the price to be incorrect or no options are available, please get in contact providing your address inc name, contact number, and email address plus the products you wish to order.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all "In Stock" items same working day if ordered before 12:00 Midday, orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.
Out-of-stock items or items with a status of "Available from Supplier" are usually dispatched within 2 weeks. If there is urgency, or a more accurate date is required don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
Built-to-order manifolds are typically built in a 1st come 1st served order, and our lead times vary with demand, We advise contacting us to get our most up-to-date information
What shipping options are available?
Within the UK our main shipping methods are 1st Class Royal Mail and Next Day DHL. Orders under £50 and small in size may have the option for Royal Mail dispatch. However, for urgent orders we advise opting for the DHL Service
Outside the UK we almost exclusively use DHL, Shipping quotes can be obtained at the basket when entering the delivery address. For delivery destinations outside of the European Union (EU) items will be liable for import duty and taxes at the local rate. We are unfortunately unable to advise on these costs.
