Funk Motorsport Dual Layer Barrier Heat Shield sheeting
As one of the most impressive heat shield barriers on the market, Funk Motorsport Dual Layer sheeting dramatically reduces heat transfer to protect components and sensitive areas. Two aluminium heat shield barrier sheets sandwich our specifically formulated fibre compound, to produce our best ever heat management product. Designed to perform effortlessly in temperatures up to 1600??C, with heat flashes up to 2000??C, barrier sheeting can be used to protect fuel cells, exhaust systems, turbo chargers, bulkheads, master cylinders and exhaust tunnels.
The lightweight sheet comes with turned edges, allowing for it to be cut, shaped, folded, drilled and fastened to your exact requirements. Our Dual Layer malleable heat shield can provide a huge benefit to all race cars and performance cars in all categories of motorsport.

- 30cm x 30cm (weighing just 208g)
- 60cm x 60cm (weighing just 706g)
NB. Larger sheets may be folded to aid shipping and packaging requirements. This does not damage the integrity of the product.

Worldwide Shipping
Yes! We ship to most countries via DHL. For a shipping quote add the items to your basket, update your address and it will calculate the shipping price. If you feel the price to be incorrect or no options are available, please get in contact providing your address inc name, contact number, and email address plus the products you wish to order.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all "In Stock" items same working day if ordered before 12:00 Midday, orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.
Out-of-stock items or items with a status of "Available from Supplier" are usually dispatched within 2 weeks. If there is urgency, or a more accurate date is required don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
Built-to-order manifolds are typically built in a 1st come 1st served order, and our lead times vary with demand, We advise contacting us to get our most up-to-date information
What shipping options are available?
Within the UK our main shipping methods are 1st Class Royal Mail and Next Day DHL. Orders under £50 and small in size may have the option for Royal Mail dispatch. However, for urgent orders we advise opting for the DHL Service
Outside the UK we almost exclusively use DHL, Shipping quotes can be obtained at the basket when entering the delivery address. For delivery destinations outside of the European Union (EU) items will be liable for import duty and taxes at the local rate. We are unfortunately unable to advise on these costs.
