Our thicker 0.5mm heat shield barrier is a more rigid and easy to shape, fold and form to your exact requirements. Used widely in the OEM markets, our aluminium barrier heat shield sheeting can be used to protect bulkheads, steering racks, exhaust systems, fuel cells, master cylinders and more! Being able to withstand a direct constant temperature of up to 1000??C, this sheeting serves as a strong versatile barrier for sensitive areas, dramatically increasing their lifespan and reliability. This lightweight malleable product can provide a huge benefit to all race, road and performance cars in all categories of motorsport. This product is available in:

• 30cm x 30cm x 0.5mm (weighing 125 g)
• 60cm x 60cm x 0.5mm (weighing just 500g)

Our heat shield Sheets can easily be cut, shaped, drilled and fastened to your exact requirements. NB. Larger sheets may be folded to aid shipping and packaging requirements. This does not damage the integrity of the product. Why is heat management so important? Find out here.

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all "In Stock" items same working day if ordered before 12:00 Midday, orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.

Out of stock items or items with a status of "Available from Supplier" are usually dispatched within 2 weeks. If there is urgency or a more accurate date is required please contact us.

Built to order manifolds are typically built in a 1st come 1st served order, our lead times vary with demand, We advise contacting us to get our most up to date information

What shipping options are available?

Within the UK our main shipping methods are 1st Class Royal Mail and Next Day DHL. Orders under £50 and small in size may have the option for Royal Mail dispatch. However, for urgent order we advise opting for the DHL Service

Outside the UK we almost exclusively use DHL, Shipping quotes can be obtained at the basket when entering the delivery address. For delivery destinations outside of the European Union (EU) items will be liable for import duty and taxes at the local rate. We are unfortunately unable to advise on these costs.

Orders delivered into the EU

No VAT will be charged at checkout, all duties and taxes are due at time of import.
