As used on our very own range of manifolds plus many more custom projects, we now offer these to you for your own projects.

Water Jet cut from 10mm Thick 304 Stainless steel

Port Sizing:-

At Walton Motorsport we push the tubing through the flange in the construction of our manifolds and as a result the flange ports are sized taking this into account in 3mm thick material. We can produce these in traditional port sizing when not using stubs, or for thinner gauge material. Inconel 625 is also available at request.

*These flanges are designed to fit onto the head with little movement, our holes sizes and positons are designed to account for the acceptable shrinkage tolerances, we cannot be held responsible for excess shrinkage with DIY manifold constuction*

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all "In Stock" items same working day if ordered before 12:00 Midday, orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.

Out of stock items or items with a status of "Available from Supplier" are usually dispatched within 2 weeks. If there is urgency or a more accurate date is required please contact us.

Built to order manifolds are typically built in a 1st come 1st served order, our lead times vary with demand, We advise contacting us to get our most up to date information

What shipping options are available?

Within the UK our main shipping methods are 1st Class Royal Mail and Next Day DHL. Orders under £50 and small in size may have the option for Royal Mail dispatch. However, for urgent order we advise opting for the DHL Service

Outside the UK we almost exclusively use DHL, Shipping quotes can be obtained at the basket when entering the delivery address. For delivery destinations outside of the European Union (EU) items will be liable for import duty and taxes at the local rate. We are unfortunately unable to advise on these costs.

Orders delivered into the EU

No VAT will be charged at checkout, all duties and taxes are due at time of import.
