Boost Products 304 Stainless Steel Bellows Assemblies feature a directional, smooth flow solid liner. Available in 1.5" to 3.5" I.D

Bellows type flexible joints are best used in situations where movement is in compression or extension of the joint as opposed to side to side movements. With this in mind the bellows type joints are best suited to wastegate pipes that return to the downpipe, as the movement is caused mostly through heat expansion and contraction. Made solely out of Stainless Steel, Gas Proof, extremely sturdy, for Downpipes, Wastegate Pipes

This compensator has an inner pipe that keeps the gas flow straight and avoids the direct heat to the outer flex waves. But the inner pipe makes the inner diameter smaller, where we recommend using always one size bigger than at the standard compensators. The best purpose is the construction of Wastegate pipes, downpipes, exhaust systems or manifold construction. The BOOST products Flex Pipe Compensators are extremely resilient but still flexible. Completely made of Stainless Steel.

IMPORTANT:
A compensator compensates like the name says expansions caused by temperature. For example Wastegate pipes after the turbo manifold or downpipes. It serves to compensate the expansions on these spots to prevent cracking of these pipes.
It is not in the position to absorb heavy load and is thereby not suitable as a Flex Pipe substitute. Here we recommend a reinforced Flex Pipe from our product portfolio.

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all "In Stock" items same working day if ordered before 12:00 Midday, orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.

Out of stock items or items with a status of "Available from Supplier" are usually dispatched within 2 weeks. If there is urgency or a more accurate date is required please contact us.

Built to order manifolds are typically built in a 1st come 1st served order, our lead times vary with demand, We advise contacting us to get our most up to date information

What shipping options are available?

Within the UK our main shipping methods are 1st Class Royal Mail and Next Day DHL. Orders under £50 and small in size may have the option for Royal Mail dispatch. However, for urgent order we advise opting for the DHL Service

Outside the UK we almost exclusively use DHL, Shipping quotes can be obtained at the basket when entering the delivery address. For delivery destinations outside of the European Union (EU) items will be liable for import duty and taxes at the local rate. We are unfortunately unable to advise on these costs.

Orders delivered into the EU

No VAT will be charged at checkout, all duties and taxes are due at time of import.
