Turbosmart’s new patent pending OPR T40 is an oil pressure regulation system for your ball bearing turbocharger. It helps prevent compressor or turbine stage oil leaking or smoking, and takes the guesswork out of oil restrictor sizing for more efficient and effective oil delivery. Providing an aftermarket turbocharger with the ideal oil pressure has always been a challenge. Traditionally, the turbocharger?s oil feed has relied on a restrictor system, which are difficult to set up correctly. When incorrectly sized or set up, they can be the cause of turbo seal leakage and blow-by. Turbosmart’s Turbo Oil Regulator ensures the oil pressure going to the turbocharger never exceeds the maximum pressure turbocharger manufacturers specify for oil supply, regardless of engine oil pressure. The result is an oil delivery system that is more reliable and easier to setup than a standard restrictor system.

When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all "In Stock" items same working day if ordered before 12:00 Midday, orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.
Out-of-stock items or items with a status of "Available from Supplier" are usually dispatched within 2 weeks. If there is urgency, or a more accurate date is required don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
Built-to-order manifolds are typically built in a 1st come 1st served order, and our lead times vary with demand, We advise contacting us to get our most up-to-date information
What shipping options are available?
Within the UK our main shipping methods are 1st Class Royal Mail and Next Day DHL. Orders under £50 and small in size may have the option for Royal Mail dispatch. However, for urgent orders we advise opting for the DHL Service
Outside the UK we almost exclusively use DHL, Shipping quotes can be obtained at the basket when entering the delivery address. For delivery destinations outside of the European Union (EU) items will be liable for import duty and taxes at the local rate. We are unfortunately unable to advise on these costs.
